Kidvelo Rookie 24

The Kidvelo Rookie range are unique bikes.

They're an Australian design, and we're super proud to offer them!

- Convertible: these bikes are convertible from balance bike to pedal bike and back (by you - all tools and instructions provided!)

- Lightweight: Why are so many kids' bikes so heavy? These are not!

- Brake choices: These have handbrakes for front and rear brakes... when the chain and cranks are installed, they have back-pedal brakes too!

- Colours: available in Blue, Green, Red and Hot Pink

- Child-centred design: The details are important - little things like short-reach brake levers suitable for little hands, proper kid-size saddles and short crank lengths mean that these bikes were designed putting kids first.

So good! When the eldest has outgrown it, take the pedals back off and pass it down and do it all again!

** The 24" model has a 2-speed automatic gear system and a great deal of flexibility in sizing so is suitable for older children who have difficulty riding a pedal bike. Speak to your child's physio or OT about getting them started on a balance bike.
