#2743 Van Moof No.3

We don't see too many bikes like this (although we have 3 at the moment!). A Dutch Van Moof - a comfortable city cruiser with a simple 3-speed gear hub.

Almost zero maintenance - the 3 speed hub means there's no derailleur and a wide, long-lasting chain. It also has a coaster (back-pedal) rear brake - so no maintenance there - and a roller brake at the front. A roller brake is a bit like a drum brake - it's all internal and, you guessed it, zero maintenance.

These are unique in have inbuilt lights at the front and back. The lights are surrounded by little solar panels so they self charge - but they can also be charge with a USB micro cable too.

A great bike for someone who just wants to get on and ride and not think too much about it. And who doesn't live on a steep hill!
