Kalkhoff are a long-standing German brand, now specialising only in e-bikes. You can buy them new from Teros here in Hobart. They're not a cheap bike - they're extremely well designed and put together, and they're powered by Bosch - the best e-bike motor systems with amazing after sales support. This bike has been serviced by Teros recently, too.

This bike comes with a full history and its original books and wall charger. It's a particularly low maintenance model, too, as it has an internally geared rear hub. This means no derailleurs to bend or tune, and the chain is a single speed chain - they last for ages!

The bike is designed around a very low step-through height - perfect for those who are less confident getting on or off - or for those who are less flexible. And it means you can wear a dress or skirt riding it too, if that's what you'd like to do! It's also designed with a fair amount of adjustment, too, to help you find your perfect riding position.

The bike is fitted with a sidestand, a carrier rack, and an inbuilt on-bike lock.
